Randwick Residence

The project by CKDS Architecture has been designed as a modern addition that contrasts the existing semi-detached residence. The addition provides an interesting architectural presentation, whilst also creating fantastic light filled internal spaces that bring the external environment deep within the residence.

ELSMORE is one of the premier properties in the beachside suburb of Bronte. It comprises a two storey heritage listed residence and a separate cottage, sited in an elevated, corner position. The project by Joanna Lukaszewicz Architect, involved the addition of a third storey and an infinity edge swimming pool.
