Students from the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Planning are holding its annual Graduation Exhibition, this year called Archipelago, from 26th of November to the 3rd of December.
Archipelago will showcase the work of our graduates of the Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Design in Architecture, Bachelor of Design Computing and Master of Interaction Design and Electronic Arts programs. The exhibition is held throughout the Wilkinson Building at the University of Sydney, including the Tin Sheds gallery, and attracts thousands of visitors, with the opening night, on Friday 26th of November, being a highlight on the industry calendar.
The exhibition plays an important role in providing a forum for the industry to gain an insight into the exceptional talents of graduating students, as well as promoting Architectural and Design theory and education to the general public.
The exhibition and launch party are organised by the graduating students, who commit their time to during the completion of their final projects.
The Graduate Exhibiton will be launched at 6:30pm on Thursday the 26th of November at the Wilkinson Building.
The students receive seed funding from the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Planning and the NSW Architects Registration Board. In addition several organisations and individuals from the architectural, design and related business communities have assisted the exhibition through the supply of financial and in-kind support.
