Take a trip through the streets, culture and history of the lost discotheques of Parramatta with Disco Dome. This immersive after-dark walking tour and dance event with have you back in Parramatt anightlife; combining the music, contemporary art, live performance, architectural tours and talks, community reminiscence, food and cocktails.

Disco Dome casts its glitter eye of the times and tensions when Australia was moving from Anglo pub rock to multicultural disco, hip-hop and R'n'B. And nowhere was the clash of 'flanelette', satin, head bang and boogie more evidnet that in Parramatta's legendary War and Peace disco.

Disco Dome brings back to life the infamous Lucky Lil's Nightclub as the venue for a range of specially commissioned film, digital, audio and performance artworks from some of Australia's leading contemporary artists; Liam Benso, Khaled Sabsabi, Justene Williams, David Capra, Heath Franco, Fadia Abboud, Jerome Pearce and Zehrish Naera.
