The Sulman Medal

An exhibition of NSW awarded projects.

Each year the Australian Institute of Architects run a national competition to select the best ARCHITECURAL projects in a range of categories from small projects to large public buildings. The competition invites entries from each state and culminates in a large celebration of architecture that moves around the country. In NSW each chair from the 5 elected juries present the awards in a large presentation event. This year BVN Architecture’s new addition to the Ravenswood School for Girls (Gordon) has taken top honours receiving the coveted Sir John Sulman Medal for Public Architecture(which this year celebrated its 80th anniversary). The project along with another 30 Awards, 7 Prizes and 9 Commendations will be on display.
