FRESH IDEAS and solutions to creating our sustainable future...
SRD Change 10 : Graduate Sustainable Design Exhibition

“The SRD Change exhibition, now in its 7th year, is growing to a whole new level… presenting an impressive ‘snap shot’ of the future, with models and visual examples offering ‘new norms’ in sustainable design”, according to Greg Campbell, SRD convenor/ Change curator.

As part of Sydney Design 10, an annual festival presented by the Powerhouse Museum, SRD Change 10 showcases works from graduates who practice sustainable, responsible design thinking to better tell the story and... INSPIRE… PROMOTE… CHANGE future outcomes.
Annually, the Society for Responsible Design exhibits innovative, graduate design solutions from Sydney’s top Universities that explore critical issues of sustainability, environmental responsibility, social equity and community.

Come and discover how your world can be changed for the better with concepts by young designers from a cross-section of design backgrounds. From Architecture to Interiors, Industrial Design to Landscape, Fashion to Visual Communications SRD Change 10 promotes eloquent design solutions to the many contemporary environmental and social problems facing the world we live in.

These young designers of today and tomorrow have been hand-picked for their design approach – by being inspired to make change and promote sustainable, ethical design. The professional level to which these bodies of work have been executed, means many can be immediately applied to our world or further developed for even greater benefit.
Witness the space at pyd. as it transforms with the SRD Change 10 exhibits displayed over three levels from Monday, 2nd August to Sunday, 15th August. As a well-known design hub, pyd. is the perfect location to exhibit the works of these young designers who are now embarking on their professional futures.
