This second module to sustainability in architecture, introduces participants to the key factors that need to guide the practice of residential architecture in a world of finite resources and the increased pressure of exploding human population. What are the key components of passive design? What is a true sustainability and ecological footprint? How can design encourage our clients to adopt energy-saving behaviour?
Presented by David Bennett, Co-Chair of the NSW Chapter’s Sustainability Committee.
Note that completion of Module 1 is a prerequisite of participating in Module 2.
